All renters of vehicles are covered against liability to third parties for death injury and damages to property.
Offers reduction of the renter’s liability for damage to the rented vehicle, under the condition that the Greek Traffic Law is not violated, to a maximum charge of €750 for groups A, B, and €900 for group C ,D,E.F,Q, The renter may further reduce the above liability to a maximum charge of €90 for groups A, B, C and €120 for groups D, E,F,Q by paying an additional €10 per rental day choosing the CDWplus (COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER PLUS).
Theft & fire protection is an optional service which, if accepted, reduces the renter’s financial responsibility in case of theft and fire €1500, for groups A, B, C,and € 2500 for groups D, E,F,Q, by accepting a charge of €4 and €7 respectively per rental day. Each extra costs 2 € /day, payable on arrival.
We can provide a GPS for every rental. The charge for the GPS is 3 € per day, payable upon arrival.
Delivery costs in Heraklion (airport/port/hotel) are always included in our rates. Additional costs may occur for every delivery which does not take place in Heraklion. We’ll inform you thoroughly upon your request.
Payment on arrival: you can pay on the day of car delivery by cash or with credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express).
Payment before arrival: using PAY PAL or by making a deposit to our bank account.
We cannot be held responsible for rentals rejected if you do not present the following documents on collection of your car. On collection of your vehicle you need:
• Full valid national driver’s license
• Passport
• Identity Card
We are informed all the time about flight arrivals as well as any changes that might occur. We wait for your arrival to deliver your car, even if there is a delay. There are no charges on delays.
Minimum driving experience is 1 year. For rental of vehicle from category A until D clients must be at least 23 years old. For category E,& clients must be at least 25 years old. The maximum age is 72 years.
Minimum rental period is 1 day.
There is no cancellation fee, if you inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
If you inform us in less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date a cancellation fee of 20% of the reservation cost will be charged.
For vehicle drop-offs, a maximum tolerance of 1 hour is allowed, after which, an extra day’s rental will be charged.
Fuel is always paid by the customer. The customer is obliged to return the car with the same level that he rented.
Please inform us if something changes on your arrival, so our representative will be on time*. Generally, our representative is waiting for you, holding a sign.

*Please note that if time of rental falls during closed-office hours 22:00-07:00, an additional fee of 30€ will be charged.
Vehicles can’t be taken outside of mainland Greece and the island of Crete.
In case of keys’ loss the client will be charged 120€. In case of documents’ loss the client will be charged 50€.
Tickets and appended administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic law during rental period is solely the renter’s responsibility.
